WHAT EXACTLY DO WE DO?

We will upgrade your ordinary plastic card to an elite personalized stainless-steel credit/debit card.

The EMV chip from your plastic card is transferred to your new stainless-steel card. The data from your magnetic strip is also transferred to the stainless-steel card.

Except for the tap and pay functionality, you will have a completely working stainless-steel card (swipe and EMV chip).

Is it secure?

Well, indeed! We take the utmost precautions to ensure your financial security. Before sending your card to us, we still suggest that you ‘freeze' it. We DO NOT KEEP ANY Private Information. Our equipment does not save any personal information; instead, it actually moves information from an old to a new card.

Trying to decide on a design?

You Make the Call! Everything you have to do now is upload the picture or logo you want. If you're lost for ideas, take a look at our ready-to-use models on our website, or contact us by email at customerservice@valyriancard.com  to order or modify one of them.

It is the customer's duty to ensure that all trademarks or designs are not protected by copyright.

Which Details ON THE CARD CAN BE CUSTOMIZED?

Anything on the card is editable. After all, it's your Card, and you can make it however you want. We're here to assist you with the layout.

What happens if my credit card is stolen or lost?

Please contact your bank as soon as possible. You must handle this card like you would any other debit or credit card issued by the card issuer.

Would the new stainless-steel card be accepted at ATMs?

Yes, it works in ATM machines, but since stainless-steel cards are heavier than plastic cards, some full-insertion machines will not be able to eject them (very rare). we suggest using devices that enable you to see a portion of it, so you can remove it manually in case it got stuck.

How long would it take to complete the Upgrade?

Send us your plastic card, and we'll let you know as soon as it arrives. To prevent any delays, we suggest sending it through trackable shipping. We will begin upgrading your card as soon as we receive it, and it will be ready in 1-3 business days. Both new stainless-steel customized and old cards will be returned to you.

How do I order a personalized stainless-steel card?

    1-Place your order on our website and follow the instructions.

      2-you will be sent a mockup of your design to approve it.

      3-Contact your bank to get the card frozen.

      4-Our shipping company will pickup your card at the next business day from your provided address, and we will provide you with the tracking number .

      6-As soon as we receive your card, we will begin the process of bringing it to the next level, which should take around 1-3 business days.

      7- We'll share with you a photo of the card and return it to you with a tracking number to the same address you provided (where the card was picked up from).
